FEATURED ON 100 LAYER CAKE!

This editorial was heavily inspired by the idea of a dinner party in a romantic secret garden. We chose ethereal elements and patterned china to emphasize the romance that can be found along the pathways of a springtime garden.

The sheer table runner softens the overall aesthetic and the custom napkins add a luxurious touch. We kept the invite suite and menu card neutral, with gorgeous calligraphy and torn edges to compliment the napkins.

We kept the flowers very simple to showcase the surroundings and used a rustic table and mis-matched chairs for a whimsical touch. Eden Gardens in Moorpark CA was a beautiful backdrop for this imagery and added so much life and character to the romantic details.

We chose pale dogwood, greenery, and cream as the main color story because we wanted a soft color palette that was beautiful and breezy. The garden has always been a magical place that is created through a labor of love and in conjunction with mother nature so having your big day in such a stunning location is a no-brainer!
